You are a teenager today, tomorrow it will be gone even before you realize, and you will be an adult. Being a teen only comes once in a lifetime, and you will never be one again. When you are grown up, you want to remember how your teen-hood was, and it really bothers when you made mistakes you could have easily avoided. At the moment life seems to be a movie, there are lots of things to explore, you have friends to make, a promising future ahead, and you would like that life remains so forever.
Take note of the following, they will make you not regret later in life:
Not Every Advice is Bullshit, listen to them and act Later
Adults have passed through what you are currently going through. They are more experienced in life, they know where they have come from and they know what they want. It may seem like every adult you bump on wants to give you some advice, and if you want a good start, don’t always view them as nonsensical. Well, not every advice is worth taking in, but it’s rational, at least to give an ear and then later on make your choices. Never reach a point where you throw hands on a free advice, or being cursed with words like “you will later regret it,” just watch out. Take your the parenting advice carefully, lets you slip out of the edge.
Choices have Consequences: Friends, Friends, and Friends
Most of the friends you make and the people you meet today will remain part of your life forever. They will be there both during good and bad times. You have the power to choose your friends and the people you associate with. You want people who will add value to your life. You cannot have 10 friends at ago. You need to single out groups that are likely to lead you into problems and part ways. Your life is so precious and you do not want to start destroying it as early as now.
Friends builds and destroy friends, wade carefully niece, because your friends will determine whether you become a spend thrift and end up with a messed up credit card just before you begin life outside the walls. Some friends will mislead you into trouble that will leave stains you will never wash, even with a detergent. Keep this and you will not even think of drinking, having sex, helping yourself with other people’s things before your flowers matures. Being a teenager is fun, take control of your life as aerly as now.
