Relationships are not always easy and girls can be hard to please but if you have somebody in your life that does ANY or a mixture of the following, then you know you have a pretty awesome girlfriend and you should hang onto her!
She trusts you to go out with the boys
You know that your girlfriend is a keeper, if she trusts you to go out on the town with your friends and doesn’t ask you a million questions when you go home. She knows that spending time with you one on one is great, but allowing you to let loose with the lads and WITH her permission, will make you love her a million times more.
She’s filthy behind closed doors but still the kind of girl that you could take home to your mother – If a girl is the right balance of naughty and nice whenever the situation calls for it, then you can guarantee that she is the one for you. You want somebody who is a bad girl behind closed doors but a polite and decent women the rest of the time!
She has her own ambition and goals
There is nothing worse than a girl who just wants to spend your money and contributes nothing either emotionally or financially. If your girlfriend has goals in life then it means she is the kind of person you could spend a lifetime with, the last thing you need is somebody who is going want the good life but without doing anything to help achieve that.
She isn’t afraid to laugh at herself
A girlfriend who is serious all the time is no fun, and the likelihood is – she is going to make you miserable. On times, it’s nice to have a serious chat but most of the time, a relationship should be fun and exciting. A girl with a good sense of humor will keep the both of laughing for hours and a girl who can take a bit of teasing makes the best kind of partner.
She looks after you
A healthy and strong relationship works both ways and a great girlfriend will look after you, in addition to expecting it in return. This can include cooking for you and looking after you when you are ill, but even more importantly than that is somebody who offers you emotional support when you need it. You know you have a great girlfriend if you can talk to her about anything and know that she will always make you feel better.

Relieving lower back pain with exercises written by: marvintana Lower back pain can be a real bother and in some cases it can prevent you from ever getting your work done. There are so many reasons why people experience pain in the lower back. There are several causes of back pain. Often it is either muscle strain or the bones of the vertebral column getting in contact with the spinal cord. In the case of the bones rubbing against the spinal cord, the pain is very sharp and comes when you make certain movements.
For mild pain, a few exercises now and then will come in really handy. However, if you are experiencing the disabling pain you should make a point of seeking medical help. Exercising might make the problem worse and bring about other health problems. The exercises for lower back pain help to reduce the pain by encouraging the movement of the various parts of the lower back.
Most of the exercises for the lower back are very simple and can be done from the comfort of your home without using and sophisticated machinery. The worst thing you can do for yourself is to remain dormant. This will not solve the problem at all. If you are active, you can speed up the rate at which your back is recovering from the pain.
Aerobic exercises such as walking and swimming have been proven to improve lower back health. These exercises increase the rate at which you heart pumping blood. You will thus have more oxygen traveling around the body and the muscles will be receiving this oxygenated blood more. This is very healthy for all muscles in your body. The secret to relieving the pain is to avoid straining. The exercising should be short and simple. The minute you overwork your body in the name of exercising you will be doing less of a fitness routine and more of damaging your muscles.
Some of the easiest exercises can really help to relieve your back of the pain you suffer. Exercises such as touching your toes while standing, will help tremendously in reducing the pain. Doing sit ups with your legs bent is recommended if you are suffering from acute back pain. Perhaps the easiest exercise that you can use to reduce back pain is the leg lift. Simply lie on your back and proceed to lift your legs up. Repeat the same several times- eight to ten times- then try another exercise.
As aforementioned, walking and swimming are very healthy for your back. If you feel like you cannot swim then it is always possible to walk in waist-deep water. This will relieve the pain over time. All these exercises require some level of dedication. Set aside some time when you will be doing the exercises daily.

Over extending yourself can lead to a lot of chaos and stress, with little time left to spend with family and friends. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, try slowing the pace by taking on fewer obligations. If these means not volunteering for every single opportunity at work or your child’s school, then so be it. You can still volunteer and be involved, just try not to commit to everything or you might find that you’re meeting yourself coming and going.
Take Some “Me” Time
Everyone needs some “me” time where they are able to relax, free from obligations. This is hard when so many of us work away from home, from home, at home, and then have obligations such as children or pets and all that goes with their care. If you never take a break, things can get very stressful. Even if you have to drop the kids off with a family member, friend, or hire a sitter, make sure to work in some “me” time. This time can be used to catch up with your spouse or friends, or to simply spend alone doing anything from taking a much needed nap or bubble bath, reading a book, watching a movie, or enjoying a favorite hobby. It can also prevent you from falling behind in your bills which can lead to other problems. Keep your checkbook balanced and up to date so you’re never caught off guard with your spending. Lay out clothes for work or school the night before to save valuable morning time when everyone is rushing to get out the door. Plan trips to the grocery store by keeping track of anything you need through the week. Have needed items and uniforms cleaned and ready to go for your children’s extracurricular activities. Have everyone write their schedules and upcoming events on a family calendar so everyone can work around all of the schedules as best as possible. All of these things will make life a lot easier for the whole family.

Je crois que, pour mes deux grands -pères, la RDA était une sorte de pays de rêve où ils ont pu oublier tout ce qui les avait accablés jusque -là. C’était un nouveau départ, une chance de recommencer depuis le début.
